And these actions have two important levels that the building’s technical manager pre-determines; user comfort and unnecessary expenses.
In addition to these features, it also works as a guardian of the location, analyzing usability and notifying if something happens in unusual circumstances or moments, and can also make decisions such as warning, turning on alerts or even turning on the lighting completely.
All data is recorded for later analysis and/or processing in a neural engine.

Business rules allow additional controls according to the type of location:
- On / off control,
- Light level (0% to 100%)
- Comfort level (ex. 20%)
- Máx and min level control.
We manage the equipment in a given location according to its basic functions:
- heating/cooling/ventilation
- turning on when necessary,
- when, by functional rules.
The finishing of operation is determined and turning off when the location is no longer active.
All with high levels of comfort & savings.
The technology is based on an artificial intelligence engine capable of making decisions based on the data captured. This data comes from a set of various sensors that allow you to receive all kinds of information that, after being analyzed, allows you to make the best decisions. The safety of a place, vehicle, property, person, animal or child is a basic function of the system.
The data received and analyzed are used for decision to better control local equipment.
Later is used to be treated in a neural network from which patterns and useful information are extracted to be able to optimize each local solution in the future.
IsGreen technology works automatically, without any human intervention, allowing to reconfigure all controllers (Over the Air) remotely.
In an extreme situation or when all possibilities have been exhausted, it sends warnings and alerts to the local manager if necessary.
